The older area of the city filled with soon-to-be historical buildings. The older offices of the Conclave are found within, but have been converted to custom shops and private practices. The hospital is located here.

High trade and movement, along with several docks to house the various ships as they come and go. The harbour is moderated by a group within the Conclave, who documents the supplies going in and out of the city.

Surrounding the city are various trade routes used for land-based trade. These routes are plagued by bandit and nomadic attacks, as well as native dangerous species of fae and various other wildlife. This is a supplement to the water-based trade of the city.
