A variety of shops, restaurants and a few residential areas mixed within. The government offices of the Conclave are located within. |

Old City
The older area of the city filled with soon-to-be historical buildings. The older offices of the Conclave are found within, but have been converted to custom shops and private practices. The hospital is located here. |

The Harbour
High trade and movement, along with several docks to house the various ships as they come and go. The harbour is moderated by a group within the Conclave, who documents the supplies going in and out of the city. |
