The Councillor James Faleon is a Conclave member of the Advanced faction. However, his personal opinions on the whole Advanced/Arcane debate are rather muddled and on-the-fence. His main focus within the Conclave is to effect the educational reforms necessary to continue producing brilliant young minds, a practice that Verre Zon has excelled in, and, under his guiding influence, will hopefully continue to excel in for many years to come.

He has had few political enemies in his life, save the usual rabble-rousers any Conclave member has to deal with on occasion. Amongst his allies, he counts Advanced supporter, Payton Sabiny, with whom he enjoys the occasional drink, and the more-than-occasional discussion. In the halls of the Conclave, they have been known to band together in debates, both being of sound mind and in favour of many of the same things.

The Councillor keeps a retinue no greater than any other Conclave member, consisting of a scribe, a secretary, and the personal guard assigned to him by the High Guard, a talented Divinarum Adept by the name of Kholo Einre. Kholo is the successor of Sheiln Ckalier, an Imolens Adept of great power (also a PC )

James is not physically strong, but he is exceedingly good with a rapier, considering it the gentleman's weapon, and has won many duels and competitions. He also has a fascination for spring-release projectiles, and many of them decorate his walls at home. He has even made a few himself, though they are not of exceptional quality. Some suspect that the little mechanical wonders are the sole reason he finds himself on the Advanced side of the Conclave...
